BDW among other selected participants were invited by PMO Economic Planning Unit to share our views on future Malaysia workforce with Minister of Economic Affairs, Dato Sri Mustapa Mohamed recently. The half day workshop were attended by representatives from Government Agencies, NGOs, Academician, Private Companies and GLCs. This is to review and reassess Malaysia's policy towards ensuring a better workforce placement post Covid 19.
Among others we recommended collection of data on school leavers after SPM, making policy towards high competency workforce, students to be placed under company's mentoring programme and depoliticize education system. Thank you to TalentCorp Malaysia for the collaboration with BDW towards a better talent development in Malaysia, Kita Boleh.
