MYDATA SSM Bagged IDC Information Visionary Award

IDC announced the Malaysia winners of the second IDC Digital Transformation Awards (DXa) at the IDC DX Summit & Awards 2018 Malaysia held in Aloft Hotel Kuala Lumpur. Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (Laman Rasmi) (SSM) MYDATA named as Information Visionary of the Year: Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM), the statutory body in charge of regulating corporate and business affairs in Malaysia, launched MYDATA in 2016.

MYDATA is the legitimate and legal source of information on companies and businesses incorporated and registered in the country, providing instant access to accurate business data through a data registry updated in real time. For a minimal fee, users can obtain insights on business financial standings such as paid-up capital, balance sheet, assets and liabilities, share capital, and total revenue. Since its launch in 2016, over 130,000 transactions have been recorded.
