Our Commitment to Excellent Governance
We are committed to conduct our business in an ethical way and in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations. We believe that how we conduct ourselves is as critical to our success as developing excellent products and services. Our Business Conduct and Compliance policies are foundational to how we do business and how we put our values into practice every day.
With the implementation of the corporate liability provision under Section 17A of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2019 (Amendment 2018) in June 2020, the Group has taken the initiative to further strengthen its corporate governance by acquiring the ISO 37001:2016 Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) certification from SIRIM QAS International Sdn Bhd.
As recommended by the Prime Minister’s Department, we have introduced several policies and procedures, including the Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption (ABAC) Policy and Procedures, Whistleblowing Policy and Procedures, and the Code of Conduct and Ethics, which are mandatory for all our employees and business partners.
