SSM: First Government Agency to Implement Digital CTC

The Companies Commission of Malaysia, SSM made its way into the Malaysian Book of Records as the first government government agency to implement digital certified true copy or CTC service in the country. With the new service, Malaysians can access information on local companies online, and obtain certified documents without having to visit SSM offices nationwide.SSM CEO Datuk Zahrah Abdul Wahab Fenner said there will be no more manual stamping to certify documents as in the past.Domestic Trade, Co-operatives and Consumerism KPDNK, Datuk Seri Hamzah Zainuddin presented the Malaysian Book of Records certificate to Datuk Zahrah during the commission's Aidil Fitri open house today. Since its introduction in February to June 2017, SSM recorded nearly 140,000 transactions using CTC with total revenue collection of RM2.62 million. This service is available 24 hours a day online via MYDATA SSM portal at the web addressed displayed www.mydata-ssm.com.my
